Repressing feelings can also lead to physical and mental problems. Resolving and releasing lingering negative thoughts can lead to a healthy and prosperous life.

Journaling also allows for expression and creativity. You will ultimately feel better about yourself after you journal. It will provide insight into your behaviors and stimulate personal growth.

The types of journals we offer are:

Health and Exercise Journal
Health and Exercise journal allows you to keep a daily food and exercise log as well as track emotions surrounding these events. Perfect for those trying to get and stay healthy and energized. Also great for those trying to curb emotional eating.
Healing Journal
Healing journal - allows you to log emotions and feelings that you want to save and reflect upon. Also allows you to keep a log of daily events. It is also great for allowing you to have a "conversation" with someone you are in a disagreement with. You can tell them the truth without a face-to-face interaction. It will pave the way for a sensible resolution.

To-Do List Journal
To Do List journal - allows you to record and track all activities needing to be completed the following day/week/month.

Journaling can be done at anytime of the day. Remember, the thoughts and feelings that are expressed in your journal(s) are to be saved and retrieved when you feel the need to reflect upon the information.

A great time to journal in your To Do List journal is 30 minutes before bedtime. Jot down all tasks and activities needed to be completed the following day.
